The Gingirana people have today celebrated an important Native Title determination at an on country hearing in Kumarina, Western Australia.

Member for Durack Ms Melissa Price congratulated the Gingirana people on this excellent outcome, recognising their land in law and opening up opportunities for the community.
“I congratulate everyone who has worked on this claim over the years, and acknowledge the elders who have passed away while the claim has been prosecuted,” said Ms Price.
